Our Policies

1. Enrolment and Fees

Completion of registering you/your child on our Class Manager portal confirms enrolment at CAN Studios Dance and Fitness and secures yours/their place in classes appropriate to age and ability.

Enrolment operates on a rolling contract basis. Once enrolled, your child will be automatically re-enrolled each month unless written notice is received.

To withdraw your child, a minimum of one months written notice is required, submitted by noon on the 1st of the preceding month. If sufficient notice is not received, a full month's fees will be charged in lieu, along with any applicable expenses incurred. I.e if they wish to stop any classes in May, written notice must be given no later than noon on the 1st of April to avoid being charged for May's fees.

Fees must be paid within three days of receiving invoice on the 1st of the month or on receipt of an invoice if joining partway through the term.

Late payments may incur a £5.00 administration fee, at the school’s discretion.

Absences are non-refundable, including illness, school trips, holidays, or injury.

Failure to keep up with payments may result in the suspension or loss of your child’s place. If your account is in arrears by one month or more without prior notification to the CAN Director, your child/children may be temporarily suspended from the classes until your account is paid in full or arrangements are made to settle all monies owed.

Dance fees are subject to change at any time. Notification of such changes will be emailed and/or reflected on our website.
